Tristan shifted in his sleep, almost hanging off the side of his desk now, but his dream of flying was what was holding him upright. Expecto Patronum....no...dementors....expecto... He let out a low snore but was again quiet.
Sarah checked to make sure she wasn't being watched by anyone...except the people around her, before leaning down to clasp her first two fingers around the edge. She began to unfold the note when she heard Tristan mumbling next to her. She paused for a moment to look over at him, just waiting for him to jerk awake and jump from his seat screaming because he could hear his mother dying in his head. But...his mother wasn't dead. She was much more then alive back in L.A. probably throwing a party because her son tagged along with his best friend to go to school. A real academic school...where he could actually learn something other then the cheat code used by tapping your pencil on your desk during a test.
She rolled her eyes when she emitted a snore and finished unraveling the note, quickly reading it over. She took a peek up at the clock, checking on their time before scribbling a response.
"Well, I would have moved further away if I would have known you were going to follow me like Tristan had. LoL J/K. Yea, keep me updated on that."
She set her pen down and began to refold the paper when she suddenly thought of something and quickly unfolded the paper again, jotting down her question.
What's your next class?"

Noelle picked up the paper from the floor again and started to unfold it when she felt someone's stare boring down on her. She stopped and looked at Jordan. Nope...he was asleep. She turned her head to the other side, her eyes landing on the guy sitting diagonal from her. He was staring at her with a cheap grin, probably thinking something dirty.
What! She snapped at him quietly. He just grinned wider and turned away, making her scowl. Instead of getting annoyed over it though, she forgot about if for now and opened the note.
"Well if that's how you feel maybe I'll just have to convince Jordan that we should move back. Hahaha...that's funny...." She shook her head to herself. She didn't want to move back to LA. She liked it here better. Even if she had always despised Boarding schools.
She read Sarah's last sentence and thought for a second. She couldn't remember. Taking a moment, she pulled her schedule out of her pocket and ran her eyes down it until she landed on her next class, then scribbled it down on the paper.
"I have gym next with Mrs. Johnson. What do you have?" She really hoped Sarah was in her class. She didn't want to be stuck in gym with a bunch of people she didn't know. Any core class was fine, but gym was another story...

Sarah swiped the paper from the floor and unfolded it. The whole front of the paper was almost filled with their quick scribbles of writing and she flipped it over to answer Noelle's question on the opposite side.
Just as she began to fold it up the bell rang above. She jumped and looked up at the old fashioned bell as the clapper banged against the side. The rest of the class had already leaped from their seats and was rushing for the door.
Tristan had just managed to fight off a dementor and was working on a second one when a loud buzzing started coming from the dementors hood. He stopped fighting and frowned as he looked at it, trying to figure out why it was making that noise. The dementor also seemed confused since it had stopped it's attacks, trying to pull Tristan into it's kiss of death.
He was suddenly awoken back in the class as the bell continued to ring through his head. It took him a while to comprehend what it was making that annoying noise, but when he did he was up out of his seat in a flash. Class was over! Thank god! he cheered as he leaped from his chair and grabbed his bag off the floor, swinging it over his shoulder. I'll see you at lunch! He yelled over his shoulder back to Sarah as he ran for the door.
Sarah replaced the cap back on her pan and slid it into her bag with the rest of her stuff, folding the note back over and pushing it down to the bottom of the bag. She would have thrown it away but didn't want to take the chance of the janitor or someone finding it and reading it. there wasn't really anything of great importance in it but still.
She waited for the people behind her to get out of the aisle before getting out of her own seat and going back to Noelle. I have gym next to. She found it a lot easier to talk this way.

Noelle was about to get ready to get the note again when the bell ring. It scared her a little, not knowing it was so loud, and straightened up in her seat. She packed up the little bit of stuff she had out, then looked over to her brother. Wow...he'd actually fallen asleep....
Jordan still sat slouched in his chair, his arms folded over his waist as he snoozed soundlessly. He was a pretty heavy sleeper, so at first he didn't hear the bell. But it slowly brought him to enough that he was able to wake himself up the rest of the way. He blinked and rubbed his eyes, getting the drowsiness in the to subside, then looked around. Oh yeah! He was still in class! He had completely forgotten about that.
He slowly pushed himself out of his seat and picked up his book bag, sliding only the couple things that lay on his desk into it. He zipped it up, then threw it over his right shoulder and looked to his sister. I gotta head to French, He already knew that they weren't in the same class, because she wasn't at the same level as him yet. I'll uh.... He was going good until he saw Sarah coming up beside Noelle, then his brain started to turn into mush. Um...I'll...catch you later... A waved a small, nervous goodbye to Sarah before he walked up the isle.
Idiot! Idiot! Idiot! He thought to himself as he walked into the bustling hall.
Noelle watched her brother curiously as he walked back up the isle. Was he...sweating? Man, that boy had it bad. She could help him if he asked but he hadn't so, good luck to him.
She turned to Sarah after Jordan had walked out the door, adjusting her bag over her shoulder so it was comfortable. Great! Because...I don't want to be in gym class with a bunch of people I don't know. And I don't know where it is... Yeah, she had taken a mini tour around the school before she had actually applied, but she had gotten herself lost and couldn't remember where everything was.

Au Revoir Sarah smiled and waved to Jordan as he passed, notcing he seemed a little...nervous. She didn't say anything to him though not wanting to draw attention to it. It was probably just the idea of having to speak a foreign language in front of a class or something.
Me either. I've been paired with some weird people before you came. It's not pretty. She turned her attention back to Noelle as they began walking toward the door into the crowded halls. She was about halfway to her locker when she couldn't help but ask any longer. So...Jordan seemed a little uneasy back in class. Is he okay?

Noelle laughed. She could only imagine what kind of "weird" people she was referring to, but she would get the chance to see soon. Actually...now she wasn't so sure she even wanted to go to gym.
She walked out into the crowded hall alongside Sarah, trying to seeing around all the people at the locker numbers. She still hadn't found hers. Not like she really needed it at the moment, but it would be nice to know where it was for future reference. Maybe even to just sneak some snacks into or something if the lunch food wasn't edible.
She snapped out of her search when she heard Sarah's voice again. She almost had to say 'Huh?' But was able to comprehend the question before it came to that. She shrugged, still having a pretty good idea of the answer but not being 100% sure, even if Jordan was showing all the symptoms of being struck by Cupid's arrow, you could never be sure. I'm sure he's fine. Just give him a few days to cool off and get used to the place and he'll be as good as new. At least...she hoped. She really didn't want to spend each day dragging around her lovesick puppy of a brother.
